  1. As an Employer, I would like to understand where I am in the process "Documents approved”, “Contract in review” or “Awaiting signature of contract”, so I can act on and manage the employment process efficiently.
  2. As an Employer, I would like to see the expected starting date and first payment date and when those dates change, so I can make sure all legal paperwork is in place before the employee's start date and the first payday are set.
  3. As an Employer, I would like to have a clear and complete overview and timeline of all communications, as they are spread across various email chains, so I am aware of the current status, completed steps and future steps of the onboarding process.
  4. As an Employer, I would like to tie communications to particular parts of the onboarding process, so I can understand what stage of the process any of the messages are related to.
